Why is my account not letting me take PT's?

Hello, I have the LSAT Ultimate Plan, and it says I have access to PT 72, but my account is not allowing me to take any PT right now? What should I do?

I am tagging help for you. Student service, I have Ultimate + and can take a PT so this isn’t impacting everyone.
Thank you, I should be able to access PT's from 36-72 as part of the Ultimate Plan, I hope they respond soon.

We are very sorry for the trouble. We are currently investigating the issue and we will let you know when the fix is live.

The fix is live. Please try accessing the PrepTests again and let us know if you're still having trouble.

@studentservice - Hello, thank you I have access to the tests now. However, I noticed that in my Analytics section, it is only showing that I have taken 1 test, and it the rest of my test takes are not showing anymore. Was all my data lost now?

Sorry about that. On the Analytics page, you should be able to select which PrepTests you wish to show. See the GIF below:
Let me know if you still do not see all the PrepTests which you have taken.
