    if i were you i wouldn't disclose it. i think when they mean disciplinary action they mean like actually having the issue brought to the academic integrity board, etc. there was no note on your transcript and no one else was notified. you got lucky. there's no need to shoot yourself in the foot over something that was not made into a big deal to begin with. i know the admissions boards value honesty but i wonder how genuine that is. sorry if i sound like a terrible person in this comment lmao

    I disagree with the above poster and think you should disclose it to schools that specifically ask about this type of C+F issue. A grade of 0 is a disciplinary action. The only thing in dispute is if your professor represents an academic institution?

    I don't think you are shooting yourself in the foot if you explain the situation, explain your remorse, and explain why it will not happen again.
