I have studied full time 8 hours a day and you cannot do it for more than a month. You will definitely feel burnt out. 4 hours of Quality studying a day is a good amount.
@"Alex Divine" @"Seeking Perfection" Thank you for this, I'm still about 8-10 points away, I've been Pt'ing between 160-162 and BR'ing between 173-178. 170+ is the target. I'm inclined towards taking the December test since I've been studying for a …
@sami Thankyou! I will definitely consider getting a tutor On a side note, do you think I should sit for December, I'm nowhere close to my target score but feel an incredible amount of pressure to sit for it since I've given so much to this test. H…
Congratulations!! I absolutely love your post. I BR'd a 177 yesterday for the first time and feel the same way. Still have a long way to go to make that my actual score but something is definitely working! And we just have to keep at it!!
And yes, …
I BR'd 177 yesterday and finally feel alive and motivated! Can't wait to make it a 180 and bring my actual score closer to that.
Haha! December or next year, I'm going to beat this test!!
@LSATcantwin Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. I agree with almost everything above and of course @"Cant Get Right" 's story always motivates me to keep at it. I think I know what I need to do. However, I'll keep at it until Decem…
@btate87 Thank you so much for your explanation!
@BinghamtonDave It is the "Lower by more than 1000" in answer choice D that confused me.
Keeping your analogous example in mind-
for my bank account to have increased, my brothers account should h…
I had the same thing happen to me on my last PT. I really think its a stamina issue for me though. With the test coming closer, my focus is really off. I was meaning to write a post about it too! I'm just taking today off and will see if this is som…
@thisissparta Thanks for the explanation, I am still slightly unsure of this part of your explanation " Certainly, whilst inheriting the coal from 1990, coal was mined in 1991 too. But, if we have a lesser amount in 1991, that MUST mean that the coa…
@LSATcantwin Thank you, that makes complete sense to me after reading @BinghamtonDave 's reply. Initially, answer C seemed more like a weakening answer choice to me.
@"Cant Get Right" Thankyou Yes I'm analysing all tests equally. This was just a trend I noticed.
@"Alex Divine" I haven't reached 170 yet and spend at least a whole day BR'ing. All your explanations really help the rest of us! Thank you
I am planning to take the test in December and would've loved to Join this call. Unfortunately I'm in India right now and could not make it. I would love to hear it if recorded
@Sami This is such a great idea, you guys are awesome
@akistotle
I know this is months later, but I just encountered this question again and the flaw seemed so obvious to me! Finally seeing improvements!
Looking back, Your explanation was spot on!
I face the same problem, the difference between my Pt and BR is way too much. What I am doing now, is drilling individual question types along with timed sections. A week ago, I was almost 5-6 min over on RC sections, I drilled for 3 days and did no…
@akistotle Thanks for this. I'm currently drilling Flaw. Did a few Pt's and realised drilling will probably be more helpful at this stage.
It really helps you recognise what the question is asking for a lot faster.
Hi David,
1.A large group of hyperactive children with high additive diets were observed - let's say 100.
2. These 100 kids were placed on a low additive diet and then observed.
3. Before low additive diet - 60 kids had behavioural issues, ie 4…
@uhinberg I haven't timed it exactly yet. Will do a passage today and let you know.
@Victoria-1 Wow, I hadn't thought of that. However, I'd like to know a bit more. Don't you inherently retain the details a lot more with each read and begin to me…
