NYU in particular has several programs along these lines and I am planning to apply to at least one.
Some come with up to full tuition scholarships and others are come with guaranteed sets of opportunities. -

Where do you want to go to law school and why?And don't say "because of it's ranking". I'm just curious based on your goals why you're choosing a particular school(s).
HYS or one of Columbia NYU Cornell w/ a good scholarship. Essentially big law or bust has lead me to only consider schools where I know I'll have an amazing shot. -

NYU claims they do, but from past cycles lots of people are pretty sure it's BS.
Yale seems to care about multiple scores. other than that, no one really averages -

No. There are not.
If you dig around at Law School Numbers, there are plenty of examples of people with low LSAT scores getting into Yale and NYU after retaking and getting a higher score.
