I am currently a sophomore and plan to take a gap semester to better prepare for LSAT and internships. Will this gap year influence my law school admissions. Should I justify and explain reasons of this gap semester when I apply? I am confused and ...
Hi everyone, first time poster here. 7sage helped me a lot during my LSAT journey from 159 June 2024 to 170 September 2024. I just received admission letter from Columbia Law School (ED). Feel free to ask me anything.
As someone who has withdrawn before, I can confirm that the only downside to it is losing the $ if you don't do it by the refund deadline. It will not show up on your record (essentially, it's as if you never even signed up).
Withdrawing is perfectly okay after the "deadline". What you mentioned, losing the opportunity, only happens if you no-show without withdrawing. They do not take too kindly to that, but withdrawing, even late, works for them.
Same question as grauplus. I plan on dedicating a significant of time but I work and am aiming for a 170+. Is this too much to assume to achieve by the October deadline?
I have the same question. I was thinking all was well as long as everything for the app is submitted before deadline. Good idea to check with the schools though.
I am thinking it is best to just wait till you have the second score. I am gonna do the same. Most of the schools I want to get into have a deadline of early March. I am hoping the Feb. Score comes in earlier than expected!!!
