I second @spitzy11 for the admissionsconsulting. I'm not using the comprehensive option (I wish I could) but I'm using it for the personal statement and so far it's amazing.

If you can work with 7sage admissionsconsulting, I think it would be a great help. They'll help you determine everything and how to best incorporate your experiences into a coherent narrative that is relevant to law school.
It seems like you have a good relationship with this professor so I think it's a great idea to ask him. You could also do the 7sage admissionsconsulting edit once. I worked with them and it's an amazing service.
