It's really great for training in terms of focus. Meditation teaches how to focus on the particular task at hand. It's such a crucial and foundational element needed for LSATprep in my view. I only wish I did it a lot sooner.

Have you ever done the superprep prepbook? with the PT A, B, C? If I remember correctly those are Feb tests (hence ABC rather than #'s) They are just undisclosed so they can recycle for other non-disclosed tests (Sabbath/outside countries)
