I usually do a batch of 10 LR questions and set the timer to 15 minutes but I try to finish each question within 1 minute so in the end I have about 5 minutes to spare. Then after that I just blind review any questions I circled.
I second eraser_bits, MC identification is a part of many question types, so just keep pushing, keep paying attention, keep blindreviewing your quizzes and you will get better.
I was blindreviewing in Bryant Park last week, when a guy walked past my table and said, "How's it coming?" Made my day. The struggle is real, but it is shared.
Are they the same question types you are consistently getting wrong? Are you BlindReviewing each passage? If not, then definitely do those. Also, what types of passages are you struggling on, if any? Try to find some literature on those subjects.

... and really grasping the questions it is not abnormal ... The rushing to answer allquestions you mentioned isnt what you ... if you answer them all but half are wrong ... say 20 and have all those be right and ... dig deeper into the questions your getting wrong to ...

-Watch videos for allquestions from preptest 44 where there was any uncertainty
-Fool proof all games from PT 44
-Take PT 45 and BR
Update: After Blindreviewing my most recent PT, I scored a 157. So thats a 143/157. Just to clarify, the best way to bridge this gap is just practice tests? I feel like I need to focus on getting my time management down
