I would take it again with the caveat that it won't count as your cold diagnostic since you have seen it before. Take it timed under strict conditions with a thorough clean copy BR. Definitely not a waste! -

Clean copy is important but it doesn't mean you BR the whole test. And I think Dave addressed the confidence issues very well in his last post. -

There aren't, because JY only uses old LSATs for the problem sets, to leave all the recent ones pristine for full length PT practice. The comparative passages were introduced in PT 52, and the problem sets use PT 1-38ish. -
