I do not have any legal stuff to disclose in Character and Fitness... Not even a speeding ticket....I look at it now and I may need to go ahead and write the Disability Addenda since two required documents will lean heavily on my disability.....

When in doubt, always disclose. This incident is not a ... out and you didn't disclose it in the first place ... you don't need to disclose but generally schools will appreciate ...
Also, is it possible to randomly find it on a Google search? If so I would disclose everywhere. Just because a background check might not be international doesn't mean that this couldn't easily turn up elsewhere given the nature of the Internet.
I'm all for racial equality, I just think it is ridiculous that people would conduct research to prove that the LSAT is discriminatory based on race. I definitely believed the whole process of the LSAT is discriminatory based on economical status
