If you hydrate really well the week of the test, you shouldn’t be too thirsty on the morning of. I’d say drink your coffee a couple hours before the test starts and then chew gum on your way to the testing center
You're going to be okay hon. In the long run, you will be fine and everything will fall into place. If you've done all you can, let the wheel spin, so to speak. Have a drink and enjoy life in the meantime.

Possibly. Ironically, sometimes you get better when you chill out and just take some time off. Go workout, read whatever you want, have a drink and talk to people, eat good food, have great sex.
Drink very little during your break. Finish your water after the test. I found that there are Jelly Belly jelly beans that contain caffeine and electrolytes, so if you need a pick me up, I'd suggest something like that vs a soda or drink.
