I would check out different prep company's websites, some of them tend to have some practice proctored tests depending on the area, I would think there's some over there, but dont personally know of any
True. I think Oxford Seminars is the company that offers it. There's one in Edmonton, but I remember reading a few other cities! It's a course you take, but at the end they offer a few nights where you can come and write a proctored exam.
Necessary and Sufficient assumptions all fall in the Strengthening question types. The deleted user is my friend who I studied with and we both were tutored by Testmasters. Every company teaches it differently. FYI
