@"Young Scrappy and Hungry" I recommend calling customer service, emailing LSAC info, and testsecurity@lsac.org. You should circle back if you don't hear from them. They "lost my email" the first time around, but it got me a free voucher for this test!
@nanabillan thank you for responding! but i actually have not gotten any emails from them in regards to the matter. should i just wait to see if i get that email in the next week or so, or would you recommend emailing them myself?
@runner1515 It is worth emailing after three weeks if it doesn't appear in your account, but make sure you've double checked with your institutions that they actually sent the transcripts.
Every time I've called in the last 7 months I've had a 45+ minute wait. I'd imagine they don't have a ton of people answering the phones so plan ahead if possible. Their phones might be down this morning so I'd try emailing LSACinfo@LSAC.org
