I'm pretty sure some of the schools on the no list will still do it if you ask them, they just don't advertise it... An email request never hurt anyone...
if you file a complaint you have the option to cancel your score (either way it MAY be delayed) and if you decide to cancel you will most likely be given a waiver to retake the LSAT for free (can't remember if you still get a count towards your 3)
I've tried adding you on skype and it says you haven't accepted my request. I've never done one of these calls before and I do have a google hangout account. How does this work?
Send LSAC an email notifying them you would like to cancel. Be sure to attach a hand-signed letter with your request to the email. It shouldn't take more than a few business days for your request to go through.
