I usually do 3-4 minutes depending on how difficult the passage is and spend anywhere from 45 seconds to a minute answering the questions. In total, you should dedicate about 8:45 seconds per passage. -

You should try to spend less than 4 mins per passage and then 4 mins to answer the questions. Of course some passages are more difficult than others, but 4 mins should be the max. per passage. -
