Your hair color should not matter so long as your overall appearance is professional and not distracting from what you are saying during your interview. Good luck!
I think it depends on the shade of pink, Northwestern actively seeks a mature student body and they MAY interpret hot pink as a unprofessional/immature hair colour. It's not worth risking it, just dye back to pink after your interview?

I got a harvard invitation interview very early in the cycle (November) with below both median numbers as a non-URM. That happens pretty rarely, especially so early on in the cycle. I don’t think I would have gotten the invite without 7Sage’s help.
