I'd recommend the forums at lawschool.life for this. This forum is geared much more toward law school applicants. There aren't too many current law students or practicing lawyers here. LSL has a significant amount of both those though.
I think it sounds like a solid topic. But I'd also recommend checking out the forum at lawschool.life. There's a thread there on all things AnBryce and at least 1, maybe 2, prior AnBryce recipients that answer questions.
As far as my knowledge is concerned, only the raw number matters. Admission committees may take your relative ranking into consideration though (especially if you note it on your résumé, your undergraduate institution is infamous for rigor, etc).
