Yeah, you get one minute between sections with a countdown timer on the screen. Plenty of time to get a sip of water, take a couple of breaths, and refocus for the next section! -

To combat my timing anxiety, I hide the timer during LR and it helps me tremendously to slow down and methodically answer questions. I periodically check it to make sure I'm not moving too slowly, though. -

turning off the clock helped me substantially - meaning clicking the timer - so that it doesn't show you the time. From there I was able to give my full focus to the test! -
