I've only done PTs in 7Sage and in print, can anyone tell me if it's normal to have sections close out with 10 or more seconds left on the timer? This was my experience during the flex.
Yeah, you get one minute between sections with a countdown timer on the screen. Plenty of time to get a sip of water, take a couple of breaths, and refocus for the next section!
On results day, will we be able to review the correct answers? I can’t gauge my performance either. I was 0.1 sec late on guessing for the last question in LG and the timer went out. 😔
This cycle winding down for me. Still possible I might get a qualifying offer, but please keep me in the loop starting in May. I got a 172 but may need to boost it over new medians if I am to get into T-10 with scholarship.
To combat my timing anxiety, I hide the timer during LR and it helps me tremendously to slow down and methodically answer questions. I periodically check it to make sure I'm not moving too slowly, though.
turning off the clock helped me substantially - meaning clicking the timer - so that it doesn't show you the time. From there I was able to give my full focus to the test!
Another way to think about it it is that it "closes the argument loop". "If A then B, therefore B." Necessary assumption would be A, because it's the piece that's missing.
