Schools will not evaluate an incomplete application package. You can submit an application prior to receiving your LSATscore, but the schools will not look at it until LSAC has sent them your score.

@Aidoe Yes, schools give out fee waivers based on LSATscore (but also for other reasons, too). You still need to pay the LSAC CAS fee, which is around $30 per school, although that can be waived based on financial criteria.
