... it seems that LSAC counted a zero-credit course that I failed ... that a zero-credit course counts. I would email LSAC tomorrow and ... if it's bringing your LSAC GPA way down.
There are multiple schools in the US that offer a studyabroad for a year option. It still counts towards your JD here. The one I know of is Notre Dame which does studyabroad placements in the UK for second/third year law students.
Also worth checking out studyabroad/dual degrees at schools that have a strong international focus like at NYU and Columbia. For example, Columbia has FANTASTIC options to get LLMs in other countries.
