A nature valley bar, some Goldfish crackers, and some carrot sticks. This is what I generally munch on everyday and I know it won't make me lethargic or make me sick. -

Probably just a breakfast sandwich and some coffee for me.
I'd recommend for you to just have 1 or 2 depending on your tolerance and how you react to that much caffeine. -
