I would say taking the context into account will give us an understanding of the structure in stimulus. Note indicators in the stimulus and where there is shift from context to the core argument: premise and conclusion.

Yeah I think he means drill until you get the inferences down. Games with very similar rules will have very similar setups. So if you "memorize" the set you will be able to make inferences in similar games much more quickly
