If I feel 100% on a question, I just choose an AC and move on. If I don't feel confident then I circle the questions number and go back to it later. -

When you enter the analytics for that test, hover over the question number and it should popup letting you know that you can mark it for blind review. When you click on the question number, it should then give you a dropdown to enter in a different answer. -
