@dhernan01 The policy varies from school to school. Some schools do consider all scores though they give slightly higher weight to the highest score. Some schools average scores (NYU for instance). -

Thanks, @alexandergreene93! It sure is a lot to think about, to say the least. He has an interview tomorrow for an MIT position, and so he says that I can go to Harvard (to which I roll my eyes and say "yeah, once I get a 180 on the LSAT...")! :) -

If someone takes the LSAT twice and scores a 140 on the first try and a 180 on the second try, there is no way that NYU will view it as a 160. They'll offer that applicant an apartment in the West Village to come to their school.
