I recommend at least 3 days off if not 4 or 5. When I get to this point, I veg a little, and try to do some active mental rest like a quality, make you think podcast or chess.

If you want some fast tips, check out the LSAT Kung Fu podcast episode called "Golden Streams! A 5-part process for your LSAT writing sample". It's 10 min long, and seriously is all you need to know.
They also take into account relative cost/employment salaries! They just released the podcast today explaining the metrics behind it, and it's definitely worth a listen!
Speaking of PMS, just listened to a Criminal podcast which talked about lawyers using PMS as a murder defense for their female witnesses. So remember, even your PMS can relate to law school! lmao
