No libraries in LA are open Saturday or during the week at 8:30 (even university due to summer schedules), though a few coffee shops are. So far I've been going to a library at 9:30a. Any recommendations for where to PT at 8:30 in LA?

It's an article about 2 schools of economics. I don't understand Q15 which answer is A. I chose B.
A. The environment's ability to yield raw material is limited.
B.Natural resources are an external constraint on economics.
Can somebody please explain the correct answer choice? I thought all of these answer choice were terrible/unsupported.

I picked E but the answer is C. And I still don't understand why E is wrong.
I think E also can weaken the conclusion since it says "The physical effort~~~~does not stimulate circulation enough to warm your hands."
So Why can't E be an answer ...
