If this is any help also, I've found reading various news clippings and either summarizing them on my phone, on paper, or in my head to be readout later helps with retention. It's refreshing to apply skills from the test itself to something real.

I know there are specific accommodations for talking outloud, which I assume implies that if you don't have the accommodation then you're not allowed to.
Doing this allows ... retrospect, go through and figure out where your thinking was incorrect ... work, you can quickly figure out where your reasoning was wrong ...
@Kbrookss Unfortunately it is true that you aren't allowed to speak outloud during the test, you can mouth words silently though. I'm sorry that happened to you though. :/
I know there is an accommodation option for reading outloud during test. You may need a doctor's note or something similar to be qualified for this accommodation.
Reading outloud, or "mouth moving," will be flagged unless you have requested reading outloud or mouth moving as an accommodation. I hope this information helps
