I always like to enumerate the number of paragraphs per passage first. Then I always make sure to read for structure and try not to get bogged down by the context.

I would say you would want to average somewhere between 2:30 and 3:30 per passage, maxing out at 4 on the most difficult ones. Getting a good initial read is critical for efficient success through the questions
I normally BR RC days later cuz I'm a terrible person... lol hate RC but yeah, I generally slowly read the passage and do the questions with referring back when needed... not timed so no need to not check back and forth
