Based off your scores I think you should target LG for now. It looks like that alone will get you to your desired score range. I had a similar actual v. BR score breakdown for LG and I just took timed sections and eventually closed that gap -

At this point, you shouldn't be focusing on timed sections. Do a section giving yourself as much time as it takes and see how many answers you miss. You need to develop a deeper understanding of RC and practice the fundamentals before trying to get faster. -
