Another big one would be identifying and translating what the question stem is asking you to do. I would consider that a fundamental aspect of both LR and RC.
I think that you can keep a lot of the elements that you like (good spacing, easy to read) while toning it down a bit to match the standard format. Your résumé isn't the place to get fancy in a law school app.
I think it depends! If your résumé is well-formatted and tasteful, great! If it's loud, you might want to dial down the design elements so that the content takes precedence.
Whenever I encounter a double negative that gives me trouble, I rephrase it in my own words. PT46.S2.Q10 is a good example of this. You can rephrase "X is not indispensable" to "X is not essential."
