Quite the understatement. Harvard/Yale/Stanford don't do merit-aid scholarships so you would have to be super poor to get some financial aid and even then isn't likely to be a full-ride.
There are also some schools who take away any scholarship you received and you are responsible to pay it back if you transfer (not sure how many schools do this but I have heard it done)

Did you just get the higher score on the feb LSAT? Use that to leverage your scholarship with the current school. If they don't budge, withdraw and reapply in the fall.
