Hoping for a fee waiver to BU. But to comment ...
@seth.reid - Hey I got a fee waiver from BU a couple days back but it went to my junk e-mail. Maybe check there? For some reason a bunch of my fee waivers get filtered to junk...UPenn's was in my junk e-mail today lol
Woah! I did not know this was a source of fee waivers! Good to know. Hopefully my score will get me that waiver anyway but maybe not for the reach schools
... score will get me that waiver anyway but maybe not for ... admissions asking for a fee waiver or that they send out ... (lol). I got a fee waiver from them for this cycle ...
... school gave you a fee waiver, you go on your app ... they gave you a fee waiver and it doesn't show ... ), you MAY have a hidden waiver. You can see hidden waivers ... try to get a fee waiver, so maybe try soliciting one ...
I'm above both 75th's at BU and tried unsuccessfully to solicit back in August (I took the LSAT in June but didn't turn on CRS until August). Still haven't gotten a fee waiver.
Though I'm not sure what they'd lose by offering the waiver. If they were really scared that such candidates would reject them (and affect their stats negatively), they could just reject them or wait list them after they applied.
I think it just redirects you to email their generic admissions email address. It's not a special form or anything. I asked for a merit based waiver and got one (well, got several as I was confused like you and asked in multiple places :-P)
