Bumping this. Thanks for sharing @KarateMaster Curious what other folks have to say on this. I have not done a strict "warm-up" for my PTs (although I review questions from my last PT right beforehand), and curious what process I should start implementing.
I have this same issue! On my last couple of PTs, my 1st LR section is hot garbage while my 2nd section is remarkably better. I'm guessing that warm-ups before a PT can't hurt.

To make sure you are doing 5 section PTs, I used the 30s to add a section to the later tests as well. I started at about 58 and worked up while drilling 1-30 and 30-57ish for practice sets.
Thanks everyone for the kind words and advices, I decided to take a day off and didn't check the forum yesterday haha. I'll try doing warmup LR, doing 10 1-start-Q without checking answers. Good luck on everyone's study!!!!
