You're not doing anything wrong, except placing undue stress on yourself by focusing on the negative. Just keep practicing! With a strong grasp on the fundamentals (as evident by yourBRscores), you should be at your target score soon.
Just retake then starting with the tests you took longest ago... Ignore the scores completely and just focus on the learning process... And make sure you do an excellent clean copy BR and get yourBRscores up to 177 plus or minus 3.
