You could get there by December. But it is okay if you don't. It takes some much longer to understand things than others. Don't put a date on your target, you will know whenyou are ready. But don't rush it!

Yeah, I think after completing a lesson it's best to do as many as you need to truly "get it." That's always going to vary. But definitely do enough that youunderstand the ins and outs of each question and how to properly execute a strategy to solve them.
