For some reason, I have a harder time testing in complete silence. When I have some kind of whitenoise in the background, I am able to focus much better. Does anyone have suggestions on how to be more adaptable to different noise conditions?
Found this earlier and it's working quite well so far. I've been dealing with birds and landscapers for the last couple days, and I know I'm not the only one with this problem.
studying yes, PT no, because you don't get to use earplugs during the actual test. so better to download JY's awesome 7sage app and to simulate the real test by using "whitenoise" and "distraction" functions :)

I don't listen to anything because it's too distracting. Some people say that classical music (no lyrics) helps them. If I'm in a coffee shop or somewhere not very quiet, I'll listen to a whitenoise track on my phone.
