Senior Product Designer (UX)
Location: Fully remote
Commitment: 10–25 hours per week. Possibility of an ongoing retainer or full-time role.
Compensation: $150–$220/hour.

Why this role exists, and what you’ll work on
We’re expanding in many directions at once. We need someone with a clear, simple vision so that we don’t make a big mess.
You’ll deal with foundational problems:
- How should we organize our divisions (LSAT, College Prep) and services (self-study, tutoring, group classes, admissions consulting)?
- How should we integrate AI?
- How can we serve and keep users throughout their law school admissions journey, not just their LSAT Prep?
Concretely, you might overhaul our auto-generated study plan, which touches all three problems.

- You’re smart. You’ll have to eat a whole lot of information quickly.
- You have a bias for simplicity.
- You can focus on big-picture goals but drill down into details, edge cases, algorithms.
- You have a business sense.
- You write clearly and briefly.
- You have years of relevant experience.
- You’re not invested in ceremony or process. Slides, stand-ups, scrums: not our style.
- You ship things.
- You’re Figma competent.
How we work
We communicate via chat, screencast videos, and remote meetings. You'll work mostly independently, with regular consultations from the heads of product and design and feedback from other stakeholders.
Deliverables are dev-friendly, well-documented Figma files plus screencast walkthroughs.
