Location: Fully remote

How we work and what you’ll do
You might embed in a team with content creators, developers, and data analysts to work on features, conversion, or LSAT games—or you might take on solo projects, including our notes system, test review flow, and performance analytics.
In any case, you'll work mostly independently, with regular review sessions. Most communication happens over screencast videos and chat, though you'll need to be available for occasional remote meetings. We're allergic to slides and to anything that feels ceremonious. We'll always take the solution that gets 80% of what we want for 20% of the effort.
Deliverables are dev-friendly, well-documented Figma files plus screencast walkthroughs.
What we're looking for
- Exceptional visual ability. Type, spacing, hierarchy, density, restraint, and above all, clarity.
- The ability to think like an LSAT studier. You'll need to learn how people actually use this product.
- Excellent Figma hygiene: auto-layout, components, variants, named and organized files, notes for developers.
- Clear, brief communication.
- A bias toward simplicity.
- A focus on outcomes and finished designs, not process.
