About PrepTest 101

Which section of PT 101 is experimental?

Section 4 (Reading Comprehension) is the experimental section on PrepTest 101. It's unscored: it's there so the test has four sections, like the real LSAT, but it doesn't count toward your score. The other three sections make up the 78 scored questions.

When is PT 101 from?

Most of PrepTest 101 was first given in December 1997. LSAC rebuilt it from two older tests, with no logic games: Sections 1–3 from PrepTest 24 (December 1997) and Section 4 from PrepTest 19 (June 1996).
