    Stay active! Drink plenty of water and try to have a routine similar to test day. Vitamin C is also crucial so you don't catch any colds and whatnot.

    And for the rest of you.... YOU will be ready!

    I think I will enjoy this being on a Monday. I tend to take Sundays off anyways since it's Church time for me so I'm out of the house most of the day. I also take Sundays off from the gym for a rest day. This results in a very productive gym session in the morning and of course PT result in the afternoon. Now I just need to monitor my health so I don't get sick right before.
