I am unable to open the videos. If it gets open then only for 3 seconds it gets buffered and later on it stop working. Have checked with different internet connections too. I think there is some technical issue from the website.

Please help to solve this issue as early as possible.

    I have tested with router as well as with wifi connections and tried to run the videos from different locations to check the internet connections but nowhere it works. It was not getting buffered after 3 seconds. So thought there would be some issues from the website end. Whole day according to IST, videos was not working then at 6 PM (IST) it started working properly. Whole day was struggling to study.

    Hey Aditi, sorry about the issues! Sounds like it might've been a slow internet connection. If you have a router for your internet, you might want to try restarting it when things get slow. (Usually unplugging it for 30sec then plugging it back in works!)
