Here's what I use and it works pretty well: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00791QYEY?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00
Analog watch with a rotating bezel
Swivel the bezel to 0 for every new section; you don't even look at the numbers on the watch face, just watch the bezel numbers and the minute hand. I painted the 35 minute mark with red nail polish so it's obvious when you glance at the watch.
Don't by the knockoff, I tried it and sent it back... when you set it an push in the pin, the minute hand jumps backward or forward by 2-3 minutes so it's worthless for timing. Just a warning. I even took it to a watch shop, the guy said it has a cheap part that would cost $75 to fix.
This is the one I'm talking about avoid it! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SC6FJ3M?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00
I did :(
I swear by 180. Try eBay.

I got a cheaper version of it on Amazon. But I didn't end up using it.
Personally, I think an analogue watch with a flyback chronograph ( Timer function) is the best.
