June Test Takers! We’ve got 6 months, so let’s make them count by getting our fundamentals down!
Here’s the schedule this week:
WORKSHOPS
Wednesday, Dec. 9th at 8PM ET: Active Reading with @c.janson35
Friday, Dec. 11th at 8PM ET: Blind Review with @nicole.hopkins
LSATurday, Dec. 12th at 8PM ET: Flaws/Assumptions with @blah170blah
NEW!!!!Saturday, Dec. 12th at 1PM ET: Necessary Assumption LR Questions with @"Quick Silver"
Fine Print (NOTE: you all want to be lawyers; reading fine print is what lawyers do, so READ IT!)
- We are NOT going to use Skype for these sessions.
Instead, we are going to use GoToMeeting. There is a space limit of 25 per session. This limitation is dictated by both GoToMeeting and the function of these workshops, which is interactivity. If we had more people on, the interaction would be scant, at best.Approximately, one half hour before the the scheduled workshop will begin, a link will appear on the forums, inviting you into the workshop.If you want to attend these sessions, you MUST click that link.Here’s an FAQ on GoToMeeting.com: http://www.gotomeeting.com/meeting/online-meeting-support Then, download the application (for your computer or mobile device).Attendance will be on a “first come, first served” basis.Once the workshop is full, it’s full. Nothing to be done.Chances are, if you’re going to be late, there is a strong possibility you won’t make it in.There will be no recordings of interactive workshops.If there is demand, we will repeat interactive workshops at different times.These groups work best when folks from ALL stages of prep and with all different goals join in! Not just for "super-preppers" and definitely not just for the casual LSATer (does such a person exist?).The only expectation anyone has for these calls is for you to have fun and ask questions as you desire. We are just a bunch of LSAT lovers who gather via GoToMeeting and intellectually slaughter each test.

@2543.hopkins Thank you!
@bbutler942 No worries! Thanks for putting this together.
Sorry @mmaritzagarcia303 Too many irons in the fire. I let a few errors slip by.
@bbutler942, which workshop is tomorrow at 1:00p? The flaw/assumptions or the NA?
UPDATE: New workshop for tomorrow at 1pm EST (NEW TIME)
Thank you @bbutler942 & @2543.hopkins for arranging these. They truly are incredible and I can't wait for the one tonight!
@2543.hopkins sounds good
I'll volunteer to coordinate the video for my session @bbutler942 ; I can post it on my Youtube channel and share the link afterwards.
Can someone please make a recording of these sessions like @ngir1293288 did? (if its okay) Some of us can't make it because we live in different timezones or due to the 25 person limit. I watched the link on periscope later and it was really helpful. A big thanks to you @ngir1293288
@ngir1293288 you can use a mobile
can you do it on your phone or does it have to be a computer?
@nye887085 you don't need to set up an account (and don’t pay for anything!). You only need to be able to attend a meeting. Great question! I’ve updated the discussion with a link to an FAQ provided by GoToMeeting on how to get connected.
"Trying to attend someone else’s meeting? You don’t need to set up an account. We’ll help you go to their meeting." This is a quote from GoToMeeting. Otherwise there is an offer of a 30 day free sign up. Will this service eventually cost $$? If the quote is correct then we will need a meeting ID
