This was for this past fall's matriculants. It looks like that was the bottom as numbers appear to be slightly up this year, most significantly in the 160+ range so competition will be slightly tougher but it may also mean that schools can start increasing their class sizes again and perhaps negate the surge a bit for the next year or two. Still better than most years either way.
Don't count on it.
Does this make it slightly easier to get into some of the top schools, as well as bring out more scholarship money??
