    Agreed,

    Some schools right now are also pushing for responses within 4 weeks or less it you get your app in before a certain date.

    If you feel like you've waited too long (more than 2 months) to get any kind of response on your application then you can always call the law school and ask to check the status of your application.

    Also depends on the school. That is primarily governed by a school's seat deposit deadlines. So you could theoretically get admitted in October and not have to commit until April. Obviously if you're applying now the window will be tighter. And then you can always seat deposit and change your mind to somewhere else if you get off a WL or something like that.

    Best thing to do is check the applicants on LSN for this cycle to see how quickly things are turning around at each stage. It will at least give you a little more idea of the timeline.

    anywhere between 6 - 12 weeks in RD. of course there are cases that are at the tales of the distribution... but this is generally standard.
