@harleywferguson505 is correct and if you fail to list it in the app when it is required then it will not let you save that page until you enter your high school information.
If you are referring to the education section on the actual application, some schools require it and some don't. It depends on what is available on the drop down box when you go to add education. Obviously if there is no drop down for high school then don't put it. If you are referring to your resume education section, don't put high school. As far as below, no school has a spot for middle school or lower so I'm assuming by "list all" they mean all college and possibly high school.

Ok awesome thanks. That's what I figured, but I was just thrown off by the part at the top that says "List ALL educational institutions attended.".
