The resolution is low. It looks as if it has been zoomed out. If you open one right now and view it at a 100% scale, you'll notice that it is low resolution and quality. However, if you zoom it in, it looks much better. When I print the document, it looks low resolution. I'll email you a picture right now.
Sorry, what do you mean by unclear? What does it look like? If you can email me a picture of what they print out like (dillon@7sagestudentservices.com) I can look into it.
