Hi 7Sagers!

You know what helps you do well on the LSAT? Meditation.

You know what helps you live a good life? Also, meditation.

Lucky for you, I have two codes for 1 free month of Headspace. I'll send it to the first two people who want it.

How did I get these codes? By meditating, a lot using Headspace. :)

I agree, 20 mins is ideal. And Sam Harris was actually one of my first introductions to meditation. But Headspace really helped me stick with it :)

I'd recommend the Sam Harris clip in the curriculum instead. I meditate every morning for 20 minutes unless I have a very busy day or something to early in the morning. 10 to 15 felt useless and 30 minutes was too much, so I just set a timer on my phone for 20. Yellowbrickcinema channel on Youtube has some nice ambient music if i can't find a quiet spot.

@bjphillips5431 15 days for 1 month, 30 days (so another 15) for another 1 month, and 90 days for a 3 month. Don't know beyond that, never got that far!!

Oh man! @bjphillips5431 lol you know my track record! Lets be realistic here, I will never make it to 90 days in a row!

@bebek10792 @sharon100459 if I'm not mistaken, I think the first 10 sessions on Headspace are free for anyone. But that might have changed since I started using it a year ago

I would love these codes! I really want to make daily meditation a habit but have a little bit of trouble committing. Maybe the app helps? If you'd recommend it, I'd love to give it a shot.
