What does it mean when an answer choice, as is the case in PT17, Sec. 3, #20, Answer D, says, "Fails to consider the status..." of something?
In other words, in this instance, what is the definition of "status"?

Although outside the purview of your initial inquiry, this question is an excellent representation of a circular reasoning flaw.
In this instance, I believe that "status" would mean the importance or strength of the counterexamples in the argument.
