I noticed this today as well. I was instantly like... "what happened to 100% :(" lol

No worries! @shindavis16143 explained it pretty well, but I'll also show you with screenshots.
First, click on the person's username. It will bring you to their profile page, which looks like this:

On the top-right, you'll see a "message" button:

Click it and you'll be brought to the PM page!
@shindavis16143 If you click on anyone's username, you'll see a "message" (or else ignore lol) option on the top right corner next to their avatar image, from there you can PM ppl. :)

Likely content we're working on and aren't ready to release yet. We'll announce if we release things not included in the Ultimate+ course, don't panic.
(Also you don't need to make a thread AND email me, I'll get to you!)
